Nesting Bowls

Through individual instruction and demonstrations on how to use clay tools, participants will create three functional nesting bowls on the potter’s wheel on the first day. On the second day, after the bowls are fired, students will have a choice of surface treatments, such as under-glaze, scriffito, tracing, illustration, graphic design, drawing/painting with under-glaze pencils, or wax resist. Nesting bowls make the perfect gift, or stylish decoration for your home. All levels welcome. Material and firing fees included in tuition.
