Stick Fly, Panel Discussion

Join MAM and the African American Cultural Committee (AACC) as we welcome cast members of Stick Fly, a critically acclaimed American play by Lydia R. Diamond, directed by Kenny Leon, and produced by Alicia Keys with Reuben Cannon and Nelle Nugent. Stick Fly is a sharply funny, endlessly surprising new play. It was supposed to be a relaxing weekend at the family home on Martha's Vineyard…until the baggage got unpacked. Race and rivalry, class and family, all come together for an explosive comedy of manners about today’s complex world. Q&A with cast members following the panel discussion.
• If interested in joining MAM’s AACC members for an afternoon performance of Stick Fly, please email mkelshaw@montclairartmuseum.org for more details or to reserve your ticket.
